Guthrie School of Dance                

Guthrie School of Dance was born out of a dream to share the world of dance with a unique twist!

Who We Are

  Kristy started training in ballet, tap and jazz in elementary school.   In 2005, Kristy recieved certification from the Scottish Dance Teachers' Alliance.  In addition to membership in SDTA, Kristy is a member of FUSTA (US Highland dance Association) and is a past president of the Minnesota Scottish Celtic Dance Assoiciation (MSCDA)

  Lindsay has enjoyed highland dance from an early age.  Now a college student, she has taken up learning how to teach dance too.  Sometimes she leads classes or assists Kristy in competition training.  Lindsay is a member of MSCDA.

  Kendra is a competitive dancer and has started teaching primary dancers at the studio.  Kendra is a member of MSCDA.

   Jeremiah is a new addition to our teaching team.  He leads special "Boy's Only" classes, to help foster their appreciation of Highland culture.
